Gỏi bò (Vietnamese Beef Salad) is a traditional Vietnamese dish made with beef, lime juice, fish sauce, chili sauce, chili peppers, kaffir lime leaves, cilantro, mint, cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, and watercress.
