Editor’s Letter – June 2021

Culture Magazin is pleased to present our June issue. The front pages of the magazine are about Canada and things happening around us, and the next pages contain the inspiring story of a group of Vietnamese Canadian youth who are working to help marginalized communities in British Columbia.

The cover story is a conversation with actress Kheng Hua Tan about her journey to Hollywood. The Travel, Culture, and Food sections will help you discover new destinations such as the wilds of southern Africa, the ancient royal tombs of the Nguyen Dynasty in Hue citadel, and Winnipeg’s gallery of Inuit art. We’ll also take you to see how coconut candy is made in Vietnam.

There is a useful article outlining the facts and myths concerning drinking two liters of water a day. Plus, there are other interesting articles about beauty, recipes, and philanthropy. The Covid-19 pandemic is still going. We are continuing to deal with many difficulties every day. Let’s be patient. Eventually things will get better. As the billionaire Jack Ma once said, “Never give up. Today is hard, tomorrow will be worse, but the day after tomorrow will bring sunshine. If you give up tomorrow, you will never see the sunshine.”
