Fashion Trends 2021: Beyond Limits

The most comfortable, and wearable trends of 2021.

Currently we are experiencing an unprecedented pandemic which affects our lifestyle choices, including how we dress. Fashion is a means to express ourselves, so in 2021 it is not surprising that comfortable and oversized items will take the throne.

Loungewear – Comfy Convenience

“Work from home” is a popular phrase we have heard a lot lately. This new lifestyle has accelerated the demand for warm, comfortable, simple clothes – loungewear. Nothing is more comfortable than an outfit you can wear watching Netflix or sitting at your work table. Suitable for both men and women, basic and neutral colors such as brown, beige, black and white are the norm. However, those who prefer a more youthful style can choose pastel colors or tie-dye patterns.

Oversized Blazers – Empowering Statements

Strong women have come into focus lately, especially with Kamala Harris becoming the first female vice president of the United States. A fashion statement of strength for women can be seen in blazers and we’ll see a lot more of them this year. These elegant suit jackets erase the line separating menswear and womenswear. Choose a suitable belt to wear outside an oversized blazer as an accessory to cinch the waistline and emphasize the masculine upper silhouette.

Loose Pants – Vacation Vibes

Similar to the two previous styles, wide-legged pants offer comfort and convenience. The cut brings a sense of freedom and relaxation, a little bit like a vacation from strict constraints. Solid, deep colors and striped patterns are hot this season while spring and summer will morph into brighter colors, and floral and tropical motifs. Highlight the look with a silk headband, a stylish accessory that will make you stand out.
