New York Fashion Week Fall/ Winter 2017-2018 caused a stir with political statements taking center stage.
Make way for some slogan, wordy, and female-empowered tees, because they definitely will make an appearance come October. Overall, the trends were feminine and the models strutted down the runway with boldness and confidence.
The message was female empowerment. Recurrent trends from last year were neutrals, fringe, and fur. What was new? Asymmetrical, one-shoulder tops, fishnets, shearling coats, and ’80’s banker suits.
Be prepared to see a very daring and loud Fall/Winter 2017.
